Before You Ask for a Refund #

If you have purchased Sigma Reactjs Laravel Ecommerce Template/Script and are experiencing a technical issue, we strongly recommend contacting our Support Ticket Channel first. Our support team will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

When Am I Eligible for a Refund? #

• ✅ The item was purchased but has not been downloaded.
• ✅ The same item was accidentally purchased multiple times and has not been installed or used.

Refunds Are Not Processed in the Following Cases #

• ❌ You no longer want the item after downloading it.
• ❌ The item did not meet your expectations or you believe it is of low quality.
• ❌ You simply changed your mind after purchasing.
• ❌ You purchased the item by mistake and already downloaded it.
• ❌ You do not have sufficient expertise or technical knowledge to use the item.
• ❌ The item is not customizable because you only have a Regular License.
• ❌ The payment gateways included in the application do not operate in your country or region.
